Tävlingsregler för Festivali i Këngës 59
Schlagerpinglan: RTSH har ännu ej avslöjat om Albanien tänker delta i Eurovision Song Contest 2021 eller ej och om de i så fall kommer att använda sig utav den nationella uttagningen Festivali i Këngës för att utse sitt eventuella tävlingsbidrag.
Klart är dock att de planerar att arrangera Festivali i Këngës 59 i december 2020 samt att de tar emot bidrag till festivalen mellan den 1:a och 2:a oktober, vilket ni kan läsa mer om här.

Uppdaterat 20-09-17: RTSH har nu bekräftat att Albanien kommer att delta i ESC 2021 samt att tävlingsbidraget/artisten kommer att utses genom FiK 59.
59th SONG FESTIVAL IN RTSH
Albanian Radio Television invites all creators and performers to participate in the 59th Song Festival. The selection of participating songs will be performed by the song selection commission based on their listening. Competitors should deliver to the festival staff on Radio Tirana or festival@rtsh.al the full song with all technical specifications as follows:
1. The final version of the song sung in 16 bit wave format 44.1 khz.
2. Final version of orchestral base with backvocal in wave 16 bit 44.1 khz format.
3. Final version of orchestral without backvocal in wave 16 bit 44.1 khz format.
4. The Vocal Party (with grades) of the song accompanied by the relevant text to every measure.
5. The full party of the song in grades (transferring) that will be executed live, for all orchestral formation of the Festival (symphonic orchestra + band).
6. MIDI FILE version of the song.
7. Full text.
8. Photo of the singer if he is a participant for the first time in the Festival.
9. Short artistic biography of the singer (activity, participation, prices etc).
– All materials required above must be final and delivered on October 1 and 2, 2020 to the Festival’s office on Radio Tirana or email festival@rtsh.al (Not fulfilling one of the required elements and does not qualify the song from the selection competition).
